After deciding the plan of both our Digipak and Magazine poster, we turned to our focus group to help finalise finer details. I googled several examples of cover and the selected some ideas for how I wanted the front cover of the album and poster to look. I showed the images below to get feedback of what the target audience would like and dislike.
The results show that the most favourable cover idea was the luminous purple background as it was 'edgy and eye-catching'. I feel our digipak and advertisement will be successful and attract to many audience groups due to the colours and brightness. Michelle and I plan to personalise the shot and add a splash of chalk pain as this was the 2nd highest request and feel it would give it a more unique appearance.

The next step was to carry out a photoshoot at which the protagonist Bella will pose in a series of positions to identify which angle was best for the model, effect and album cover. We showed our 2 favourite shots for each part of the digipak to our focus group to get further feedback.
I'm very happy with both shots selected as I felt these were the most powerful images. These shots will stand out as they are bold and unique to the album and hit single and promote sales and awareness of the artists work throughout society.
